Kanwaljit Singh Ahluwalia, J.—Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the case of co-tenant Rameshwar Dass, this Court has passed the following order on 1.12.2010:
... Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the proposed amendment in the written statement by the tenant/Respondent was nothing but a tactic to delay culmination of the proceedings, arising out of the eviction petition. He further submits that the eviction petition was filed in the year 2006. He further submits that he will not dispute, at this stage, the proposed amendment in the written statement, in case the Rent Controller, Narwana, is directed to decide the eviction petition within the specified time.
I find merit in the alternative submission made by learned Counsel for the Petitioner.
Accordingly, the present revision petition is disposed of directing the Rent Controller, Narwana, to decide the eviction petition within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order....
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if the present revision petition is disposed of in the same terms as in Laxman Dass v. Rameshwar Dass (Civil Revision No. 7801 of 2010, decided on 1.12.2010).
After hearing learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the present revision petition is disposed of in the same terms as in Laxman Dass''s case (supra).
