MISC. CASE NO.693 OF 1998
This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
In view of the Order No.7 passed on dated 10.02.1999, the Misc. Case is to be disposed of finally.
The Misc. Case was filed with a prayer to stay further proceeding of Execution Case No.8/98 pending in the court of learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Rairangpur.
As per order No.10.02.1999, it was passed that, let there be interim stay of further proceedings in Execution Case No.8/98 pending in the court of learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Rairangpur.
The above order itself is going to show that, further proceeding of Execution Case No.8/98 pending in the court of learned Civil Judge(Sr. Division), Rairangpur has been stayed until further order by this Court.
Therefore, the Misc. Case No.693 of 1998 is disposed of finally.

As per noting of the Registry, appeal notices which was issued to the Respondent No.9 has already been made sufficient.
The appellant is directed to file fresh requisites for issuance of appeal notice on Respondent No.8.
MISC. CASE NO.62 OF 2006
This Misc. Case has been filed on behalf of the appellant within time for substitution of the legal heirs of the Respondent No.1. The same is allowed.
The LRs of the deceased Respondent No.1 be substituted in his place
This Misc. Case is allowed.
The appellant is directed to file the consolidated cause title of the appeal memo incorporating the names of the LRs of the deceased Respondent No.1 after serving copy thereof on learned counsel for the respondents.
The Registry is directed to incorporate the names of the LRs of the deceased Respondent No.1 in the cause-title of the appeal.
Therefore, the appellant is directed to file requisites for issuance of notice to the legal heirs of the Respondent No.1.
Accordingly, the above Misc. Case is disposed of finally.
