Perused the Letter No. 341 dated 20.07.2021 received from the District & Sessions Judge, Balotra.
It is stated in the letter that in compliance of the Order dated 14.11.2019 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Transfer Application No. 226/2018, the Family Original Case No. 87/2018 titled as "Vishnu Prasad Vs. Smt. Lalita" filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been transferred from the Family Court, Jalore to District & Sessions Judge, Balotra. But since the Family Court is already in existence at Balotra, therefore, the matter may be transferred from the court of District Judge, Balotra to Family Court, Balotra.
For the reasons mentioned in the letter, the Family Original Case No. 87/2018 titled as "Vishnu Prasad Vs. Smt. Lalita" filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is transferred from the court of District Judge, Balotra to Family Court, Balotra. The parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Balotra on 08.11.2021.
