This was a suit for recovery of land. In a previous suit to which the present parties were parties, there was a consent decree. That decree is binding upon them. It was a decree of a Court having jurisdiction over the subject-matter of the suit and over the parties. We think that the decree is admissible in evidence in this case. We therefore set aside the decree of the lower Court and sent the case back to the Judge for retrial.
