Judgment

Notice confined to respondents No.1 to 3. Mr. R.P. Singh, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3.
The petitioner is aggrieved by transfer order dated 19.02.2026 (Annexure P-1), in terms whereof, he has been transferred from Mining Office, Nahan to Mining Office, Solan.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has completed about four and half years at his present place of posting, but in light of the fact that he is a Class-IV employee and none has been posted in his place, the impugned transfer order be set aside.
On the other hand, learned Deputy Advocate General has referred to the contents of the petition and has submitted that since the year 2017, the petitioner has been serving in District Sirmour, H.P.
Be that as it may, in light of the fact that the petitioner happens to be a Class-IV employee, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let the petitioner approach the Authority concerned for cancellation of his transfer or adjustment at some other station. The petitioner may file such a representation within a period of one week and let the same be decided by the Authority within a period of three weeks as from the date of receipt thereof. Till the decision of the representation the petitioner shall be allowed to serve at Nahan because none has been posted in his place at Nahan. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
