1.

These are appeals against the order rejecting the applications for review by the Hon''ble Single Judge. The Hon''ble Single Judge recorded that the order impugned in the writ petition was challenged once again.

2.

In substance, the Hon''ble Single Judge dismissed the applications for review on the ground that the review could not be a re-hearing of the matter.

3.

Srimathi Sandhya U.Prabhu, learned advocate appearing in support of the appeals, strenuously argues that the Hon''ble Single Judge erroneously recorded the submission of the learned counsel for the review petitioner in paragraph 3 of the judgment and order dated December 8, 2011.

4.

We have perused the applications for review. There is not a single whisper that erroneously the said submission has been recorded.

5.

We hold that the review is not the platform for re- hearing the matter. We do not find any merits in the writ appeals.

6.

Therefore, the appeals are dismissed.

7.

In view of the dismissal of the appeals, the pending interlocutory application does not survive for consideration and is, accordingly, dismissed.

8.

There will be no order as to costs.
