Vinit Kumar Mathur, J

The matter comes up on an application (Inward No.1/2023) for impleading the complainant as party respondent No.2 in the present bail application.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The complainant is ordered to be impleaded as party respondent No.2 to the present bail application. The amended cause title already filed is taken on record.

Learned Public Prosecutor has produced a report received from the Station House Officer that the complainant in the present case has been informed about the pendency of the present third bail application.

Nobody is present on behalf of the complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after having attempted to argue the matter at some length submits that he does not want to press the present third bail application.

Accordingly, the third bail application filed by the petitioner is dismissed as not pressed.

However, at the request made by the counsel for the petitioner, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial proceedings and conclude the same at its earliest convenience.
