CRP(CRP.Art.227) No. 26 of 2019 was disposed of by this Court vide Order dated 21/10/2019, in terms of the Mediation Proceedings dated

10/10/2019. One of the terms of the compromise was that the two widows of late Langsum Doukhosei Mate should get 10% each out of the whole

benefits/amount relating to their deceased husband.

While so, MC(CRP(CRP.ART.227) No. 4 of 2020 was filed by one of the widows, L. Lamneihoi @ Hoinu Mate, stating that 10% of the entitlements

in relation to the late Langsum Doukhosei Mate still remained undistributed and this was causing hindrance in the finalization of the process. She

accordingly sought modification of the Order dated 21/10/2019 passed by this Court in CRP(CRP.Art.227) No. 26 of 2019 to the extent that the two

widows should get 15% each instead of 10%, as recorded therein.

Mr. B.R. Sharma, learned counsel, appearing for the other widow, L. Neingneilhing Mate, the respondent herein, states that he has no objection to the

modification.

In view of the aforestated facts, this application is ordered modifying para 2(iii) of the Order dated 21/10/2019 to the extent of substituting 10% with

20%.

Registry is directed to issue an amended certified copy of the said Order on payment of usual charges.

A copy of this order shall be supplied online or through whatsapp to the learned counsel.
