Judgment
M. Jaichandren, J.—At this stage of the hearing of these writ petitions, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the fourth Respondent, in W.P.(MD). No. 7988/2010 and the Petitioner in W.P.(MD). No. 9611 of 2010, had submitted that the issue arising for the decision of this Court in the present writ petitions had already been decided in the civil suit, in O.S. No. 53 of 2009, on the file of the Fast Track Court, Dindigul.
The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner in W.P.(MD). No. 7988 of 2010 and the fifth Respondent in W.P.(MD). No. 9611 of 2010, as well as the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the other Respondents had not refuted the said statement that the issue had already been decided in the civil suit. Hence, these writ petitions are closed. However, it is made clear that it would be left open to the parties concerned to agitate the matter in the appropriate forum, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
