This is an application moved by learned counsel for the appellants seeking permission to withdraw their power of attorney. It is stated that appellant No.2, Sh. Pal Singh has collected the entire case file from the office of learned counsel appearing for them on 10.04.2021 and further that learned counsel has given no objection to the appellants for engaging another counsel .
In view of the submissions made in the application, the same is allowed. Learned counsel are permitted to withdraw from this case i.e. RSA No.122/2009. Application stands disposed of.

The original counsel appearing for the appellants have been permitted to withdraw their power of attorney. The brief of the case was statedly collected from the office of learned counsel by the appellants. No one is present on behalf of the appellants today, hence, the appeal is dismissed for want of non prosecution. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
