We agree with the learned Judge that the reasoning in the Full Bench case in Rama Row v. Venkatesa. Bhandari I.L.R.Mad. 171. equally
applies to Section 20 of the Indian Limitation Act (XV of 1877). This appeal is dismissed with costs.
