Mr. Behuria, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is Secretary of the Self Help Group (SHG). Opposite party no.4 being President, as represented to the bank that his client stands removed as Secretary and is trying to withdraw money of the SHG. The SHG caused representation dated 24th January, 2023 to be made on its behalf by the Corporator, to opposite party no.2. His client wants consideration of the representation and till then direction upon the bank not to deal with the President of the SHG, to allow her to withdraw money belonging to it.

Mr.  Nanda,  learned  advocate,  Additional  Government Advocate appears on behalf of opposite party nos.1 and 2.

On query from Court Mr. Behuria demonstrates that only the Secretary has power to deal with money belonging to the SHG, regarding withdrawal from the bank (opposite party no.3).

Opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 24th January, 2023. Said opposite party will inform petitioner and opposite party no.4, result of the consideration. Petitioner will communicate this order to opposite party nos.2 to 4 separately and simultaneously. Opposite party no.3 will deal with instruments presented for withdrawal of money of the SHG, strictly in terms of instructions had from the depositor/account holder.

The writ petition is disposed of.
