Judgment
Rajiv Sharma, J.—The case of the petitioners, in a nut-shell, is that they have completed 10 years of service with 240 days in each calendar year. However, they have not been considered for regularization. As a matter of fact, the petitioners have not made any representations for the redressal of their grievance.
Accordingly, the petitioners are permitted to make individual representation to respondent No. 2 for the redressal of their grievance within a period of two weeks from today.
Consequently, the petitions are disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representations of the petitioners within a period of ten weeks from the date of production of copy of the judgment alongwith copy of the writ petition by the petitioner(s) before him. The competent authority is directed to take into consideration the law laid down in Mool Raj Upadhyaya Vs. State of H.P. and Others, and State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors. v. Gehar Singh (2007) 12 SCC 43, Gauri Dutt and Ors. v. State of H.P. Latest HLJ 2008 (HP) 366, as the case may be.
The writ petitions stand disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
