In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed as prayed for and marksheet of 10th, 12th and Bsc 2nd Semester and translated copy of the schedule of practical examination are taken on record as Annexures P-8 to P-10 subject to all exceptions.

Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender the petitioner before the trial Court and to apply for grant of regular bail.
In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
In case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from today and applies for grant of regular bail, the learned trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of less than one week from filing of such application, having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a student and is a young boy.
