Judgment
S.Pujahari, J
This matter is taken up by video conferencing  mode.
 2. Heard, the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.
 3. This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the order dated 21.01.2021 passed by the learned Addl.
Sessions Judge, Chatrapur in S.T. Case No.26 of 2018 arising out of Chatrapur P.S. Case No.131 of 2018.
 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid case is posted for trial on 22.7.2021. The petitioner, in the absence of the copy of
C.C.T.V. footage, is unable to have an effective cross-examination of the witnesses. His prayer for the same having been rejected, he has challenged
the same.
Considering the same, State is directed to have its response on the same on the next date and the matter be listed before the appropriate Bench on
28th July, 2021.
However, on 22.7.2021, if any, witnesses remain present in the trial court, their examination in chief be made but cross-examination on behalf of the
petitioner be deferred, if he applies for the same on the ground of non-supply of the aforesaid materials awaiting further order from the Court.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order
available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide
Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021.
