Notice. Learned Deputy Advocate General accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
This is a joint petition filed by the petitioners seeking direction against the respondents to decide their representation Annexure P-1 for inter district transfer on mutual basis.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed a representation on 29.9.2023 before respondents No. 2 and 3 but the same has not been decided till date. He further submits that the petitioners shall be content in case respondents No. 2 and 3 are directed to decide the representation of the petitioners Annexure P-1 in a time bound manner.
Prayer being innocuous is allowed.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners dated 29.9.2023 (Annexure P-1) strictly in terms of Notification dated 20.11.2021 (Annexure P-3) within a period of four weeks from today by passing a detailed and reasoned order. Pending miscellaneous application, if any, also stand disposed of.
