Judgment

Learned Senior Additional Advocate General has placed on record instructions dated 28.08.2020, received from Principal, IGMC, Shimla, which are taken on record. Copy thereof, also stands supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.
As per instructions dated 01.09.2020, order dated 15.03.2016, passed by erstwhile H.P. State Administrative Tribunal, in O.A. No.765 of 2015, titled as Kumari Lucky vs. State of H.P. & others, by engaging the petitioner stands complied with.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though petitioner has been engaged, but there is delay in engaging her, therefore, claim for remuneration for delayed period as well as for the period consumed in the maternity leave, still subsists. Learned Senior Additional Advocate General, under instructions, has tendered unconditional, unqualified and sincere apology on behalf of respondents for delay in compliance.
Accepting apology tendered on behalf of the respondents and considering submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is closed and disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate comprehensive petition for redressal of her grievances narrated hereinabove alongwith other if any. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
