Judgment

Learned counsel for the petitioners are before this Court under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India seeking for the following releifs:-
"(i) Issue, a writ of mandamus or any other writ or directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 4.5.2026 & 06.05.2026 copies of which are produced at Annexures-G, H, J & K respectively and till then not to operate the list as per Annexure-I along with letter dated 19.2.2026 & 10.04.2026 in No.DPI (PIOCI 6 (PRAB) / 2/2026/E- 2022913 of Director(Admn.), the third respondent, a copy of which is produced at Annexures-B & C respectively to meet the ends of justice.
(ii) Issue any other writ or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstance of the case".
Learned AGA submits that representations of the petitioner at Annexures-G, H, J & K dated 04.05.2026 and 06.05.2026 shall be considered and appropriate order shall be passed on the same and till then, list of eligible promotions as per Annexures-A, B & C shall not give effect.
The said submission is placed on record.
Writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no.2 to consider representation of the petitioners at Annexures- G, H, J & K dated 04.05.2026 and 06.05.2026 and pass appropriate order on the same as expeditiously as possible, till then the proposed seniority list as per Annexures-B and C shall not be given effect.
