Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 would submits that this revision petition is filed challenging the order of the Trial Court in rejecting the prayer for further investigation and the Trial Court rejected the prayer and hence prayed the Court to set-aside the order dated 23.09.2017.

The counsel would submits that further investigation has been conducted at the instance of the respondent and police have investigated and filed the chargesheet, the same is questioned before this Court and this Court has quashed the same in Crl.P No.4462/2018 vide order dated 26.10.2023.

The counsel has also filed copy of the additional charge sheet and the copy of the status report of the Crl.P No.4462/2018. The counsel for the revision petitioner earlier took time to verify and submit and today the counsel submits that further investigation has been completed and the chargesheet is also filed and thereafter proceedings also quashed and nothing survives for consideration of this revision petition.

Having heard the respective counsels and also the memo produced before this Court and the copy of the additional chargesheet and the copy of the status report, consequent upon quashing of the very chargesheet nothing survives for consideration of this revision petition. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed as not survives for consideration.
