The present petition filed u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondents no. 1 to 5 to register the case against respondents no. 6 to 26 regarding alleged incident which had taken place on 12.7.2013.
As per averments, petitioner had already given representation to Police Commissioner, Jalandhar, Annexure P7 and, however, no action has been taken over the same. Dispute is between land-lord and tenant. Civil suit is already pending. Contempt petition also filed by the petitioner before the civil Court. Moreover, for getting the case registered, if some cognizable offence is made out, petitioner is having alternative remedy to approach learned Illaqa Magistrate u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C., as has been held by Hon''ble Apex Court in Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P. and Others, . Disposed of with liberty to approach learned Illaqa Magistrate.
