The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to grant him revision of pay scale from Rs.1200-2040 to Rs.4000-6000.
The petitioner claims that issue involved herein is no more res integra. A Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 25.03.2025 passed in a bunch of petitions including Civil Writ Petition No.11710 of 2014 titled as 'Sarbans Singh and others Vs. The State of Haryana and others' has settled the issue.
Mr. Ravi Partap Singh, DAG, Haryana expressed his inability to controvert applicability of abovesaid judgment to instant petitions.
In the wake of statement of learned counsel for the parties, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent to consider claim of petitioner in the light of afore-cited judgment.
Let the needful be done within a period of three months from today.
Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
