Rajiv Sharma, J.—Supplementary affidavit filed by the opposite parties is admitted to record.

This is an application for modification/clarification of the judgment and order dated 15.7.2009 passed in the aforesaid writ petition.

Mr. Asit Chaturvedi, learned Counsel appearing for the opposite parties states that there is no orthopedic doctor on CGHS strength. In support of his submission, he has filed a copy of the letter written by Ms. Sushila, Administrative Officer, CGHS (GE), Government of India, Officer of the Additional Director (HQ), Central Government Health Scheme, New Delhi dated 7.7.2010, a copy whereof is Annexure No. SA2 supplementary affidavit and as such, he requested that the judgment and order dated may be modified to the extent that an Orthopedic Doctor from Army may be deputed.

Accordingly, the judgment and order dated 15.7.2009 is modified to the extent that an Orthopedic Doctor, who may be nominated in the Board by the Ministry of Defence.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
