OMP No. 1168 of 2024
The present application has been filed by the plaintiff/applicant under Section 151 of CPC for placing on record the compromise decree (Annexure A-1) along with other documents.
On the instructions received from Ms. Anu Tuli Azta, Advocate, learned vice counsel for the defendant stated at the bar that she has no objection, in case, the prayer made in the application is allowed.
Therefore, in view of the averments made in the application, which are duly supported with the affidavit of plaintiff, Sh. Kuldeep Chand, the same is allowed and the compromise decree (Annexure A-1) along with documents as prayed are ordered to be placed on record.
The application stands disposed of.
Civil Suit No.53 of 2024
Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present civil suit in view of the compromise decree (Annexure A-1) annexed along with application I.e. OMP No. 1168 of 2024.
Therefore, in view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the plaintiff, the present civil suit is dismissed, as withdrawn.
Court fee be refunded to the plaintiff in accordance with rules.
Pending application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
