Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:
1) That the Respondents may very kindly be directed to transfer the Petitioner at one of the stations of choice given as under:
(i) G.S.S.S. Giara Gran (Hamirpur) falling vacant due to suspension of Principal.
(ii) G.S.S.S. Bani (Hamirpur), falling vacant due to suspension of Principal.
(iii) G.S.S.S. Upper Hareta (Hamirpur), upgraded but functioning order is still awaited.
(iv) G.S.S.S. Matani, Tehsil Hamirpur, District Hamirpur against vacant post.
(v) G.S.S.S. Pippar, Tehsil Nadaun, District Hamirpur against vacant post.
The Petitioner has filed Annexures P-4 & P-5 (representations), before the first Respondent. There will be direction to the first Respondent to look into Annexures P-4 & P-5 and take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law, referring also to the choices shown by the Petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of production of copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the Writ Petition.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
