This petition has been filed for interest on monetary compensation which has already been paid and also for the revised monetary compensation
from the date which has fallen due.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for monetary compensation she was entitled on 28-06-2006, which was paid after the orders of this
Court and the monetary compensation revised on 01-05-2013 but that has not been considered and granted by the SECL.
Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's case will be considered and the necessary payment will be
made.
Taking into consideration the statement of learned Senior Advocate appearing for the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction
that the petitioner's case be considered for grant of interest & revised monetary benefit within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy
of this order. Filing of affidavit by an officer not below the rank of Director, Personal, SECL is dispensed with.
