Judgment

The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer for permitting the petitioner Institute to allot students for B.Sc. (Nursing) Course for the academic session 2018-19 and further, for permitting admission in pursuance to the counselling process.
Vide interim order dated 06.12.2018, the petitioner Institute was permitted to be provisionally included in counselling for admission to B.Sc. (Nursing) Course for academic session 2018- 19.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the said order, the Institute was allowed to participate in the counselling process and further, the students were admitted, granted enrollment number, appeared in the examination and even the session has completed and the said batch has passed out.
Learned counsels for the respondents do not refute the above position/facts.
In view of the above facts, nothing survives in the present writ petition and the same is hence dismissed as having become infructuous.
The stay petition as well as all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed.
