This Court earlier by its judgment dated 24/02/2021 allowed Crl.Appeal No.9/2021 by extending anticipatory bail to accused No.2 and 3 after
elaborately considering the various aspects on the point. Accused No.4 is also standing on the same footing. As such, he deserves the same treatment.
The judgment rendered in Crl.Appeal No.9/2021 hence shall be read as part of this judgment.
The appeal is allowed. Bail is granted to the appellant on the very same conditions i.e. with a direction to release the appellant on bail in the event of
his arrest in connection with Crime No.2036/2019 of Central Police Station, Ernakulam, on condition of the appellant executing a bond for Rs.50,000/-
(Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with two solvent sureties, each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer, before whom the
appellant shall surrender within fifteen work3ing days, if not arrested in the meantime and subject to the following further conditions:
(i) The appellant shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required by the Investigating Officer for interrogation.
(ii) The appellant shall not intimidate of influence the witnesses or in any way tamper with the investigation.
(iii) The appellant shall co-operate with the investigation.
