This is an application on behalf of the Committee of Creditors under Section 22(3)(b) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 seeking replacement of Resolution Professional Mr. Chetan Gupta with Mr. Suman Kumar Verma having registration No. IBBI/IPA-003/00342/2021-2022/13657 as Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor. We have heard the submissions made by Learned Counsel for the applicant. Having considered the prayers mentioned in the application as well as contents made in the application, this Adjudicating Authority allows the present application i.e. IA No. 6680/ND/2023 and Mr. Chetan Gupta has been replaced with Mr. Suman Kumar Verma having registration No. IBBI/IPA-003/00342/2021-2022/13657 as Resolution Professional.Mr. Chetan Gupta is directed to hand over all the assets/information to Mr. Suman Kumar Verma and Mr. Chetan Gupta shall be relieved of his duties and responsibilities thereafter. The present application i.e. IA No. 6680/ND/2023 stands disposed of.
