Judgment
Sandeep Sharma, J
By way of instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has approached this court, praying therein for following main
reliefs:
“I. That the directions may kindly be issued to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for posting at GSSS Sadhot in view of his near
retirement or any other choice of station as stated in this writ petition supra.
II. That the direction may kindly be issued to the respondent No.1 to consider the representation as filed by the petitioner on 28.10.2021 (P-1)
immediately.â€
Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that petitioner would be content and satisfied in case necessary directions are issued to
respondents No.2/competent authority to decide the representation dated 28.10.2021(Annexure P-1) in a time bound manner.
Mr. Narender Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, while appearing and waiving notice on behalf of the respondents states that he shall have
no objection in case prayer made in the petition is accepted.
Consequently, in view of the above, present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents/competent authority to decide representation of
the petitioner (Annexure P-1), expeditiously, preferably within four weeks. Needless to say, authority while doing the needful in terms of instant order
shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a speaking order therupon. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach the
appropriate/competent court of law in the appropriate proceedings, if he still remains aggrieved. All pending applications stand disposed of.
