Judgment
Both the petitioners herein are essentially aggrieved of the transfer orders having been issued.
Insofar as petitioner No. 1 is concerned, he was working as Classical and Vernacular Teacher at Government Middle School, Tandwal, Block
Shehzadpur, District Ambala and has been transferred to Government Middle School Badagarh, Block Shehzadpur, District Ambala vide order dated
06.09.2019 (Annexure P-7). Likewise, petitioner No. 2 working on the post of TGT (Physical Education) has been transferred from Government
Middle School, Sagrani to Government Senior Secondary School, Akbarpur, Block Naraingarh, District Ambala vide order carrying even date i.e.
06.09.2019 (Annexure P-7 colly).
During the course of hearing and on a specific query having been put, counsel concedes that both the petitioners pursuant to their transfer orders
issued on 06.09.2019, have joined on their transferred stations.
In view of the above and on account of efflux of time nothing would survive in the instant writ petition.
Petition is dismissed.
