The petitioner has filed the instant petition for grant of the following reliefs:

(i) That the impugned action of the respondents, whereby they have denied the benefit of extension in the age of the retirement from 58 to 60 years to

the applicant may kindly be quashed and set aside

(ii) That the respondents may be directed to extend the benefit of extension in the age of retirement i.e. from 58 to 60 years as has been done in case

of the blind employees of the State Government vide Office Memorandum dated 29.03.2013.

(iii) That the respondents may further be directed to release the conveyance allowance in favour of the applicant from the date he is entitled for in

terms of O.M. dated 12"" May 1986 and thereafter in terms of revision made vide O.M. dated 18th May, 2015.

2 Reliefs No. (i) and (ii) cannot be granted to the petitioner in view of the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No. 851/2020, titled as Ses Ram

vs. State of H.P. & ors., dated 31.7.2020.

3 As regards relief No.(iii), it is not in dispute that the conveyance allowance in terms of notification dated 18.5.2015 was granted to the petitioner only

after intervention of the Court vide its order dated 11.4.2016.

In such circumstances obviously, the petitioner is entitled to differential amount of conveyance allowance @ Rs. 500/- per month from the date of

notification dated 18.5.2015 till the time the same was not granted to him.

The petition is partly allowed, in the aforesaid terms. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
