R. Sudhakar, J.—This petition has been filed by the contempt Petitioner to punish the Respondents 1 to 4 for disobeying the order dated 19.03.2010 made in W.P. No. 5483 of 2010 on the file of this Court.

Heard M/s.G. Ethirajulu, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S. Shivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate for the Respondents.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that since the order of this Court has not been complied with, the contempt petition has been filed by the Petitioner, who is the fourth Respondent in the writ petition, stating that without following due process of law the compound wall has been demolished by the authorities.

The learned Government Advocate states that the Respondents have taken steps to restore the compound wall and the compound wall has been restored to its original position. This statement is confirmed by the learned Counsel for the contempt Petitioner.

Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub.A. No. 482 of 2010 is also closed. No costs.
