ORDER
Ld. Counsel for the Applicant states that he has filed a Memo dated 17.02.2021 vide SR.No.936.
Ld. Counsel for the Respondent states that the Respondent has given a One Time Settlement proposal to the Applicant (Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited). The same has been accepted by the Applicant vide letter dated 11.01.2021.
Accordingly, this IBA/487/2020 is hereby dismissed with liberty, since the matter has been settled out of Court.
