Judgment
Thomas P. Joseph, J.—Petitioner has suffered a decree for specific performance of an agreement for sale in O.S. No. 143 of 1999 of the court of learned Sub Judge, Thalassery and that decree is being executed in E.P. No. 219 of 2004. Petitioner has his own version as to the circumstances under which he happened to sign the agreement for sale. He says that he is hailing from poor circumstances. It is also stated that since he has no other place to go, people of the locality intervened in the matter and some attempt for settlement of the matter is going on. Hence petitioner wants this Court to interfere in the matter of eviction of petitioner from the property in respect of which respondent has obtained the sale deed. I am not persuaded to think that this is a case where this Court should interfere under Article 227 of the Constitution. If at all petitioner wants time it is for him to approach the executing court and seek appropriate orders.
Without prejudice to that right of petitioner this Writ Petition is closed.
