This writ appeal is preferred challenging the order dated July 11, 2016, passed by the Hon''ble Single Judge, in Writ Petition No.23923 of 2014.
The appellant filed the writ petition seeking to set aside the termination order dated July 30, 2007, issued by the respondent No.3 and also sought for consequential benefits and backwages.
We have heard the appellant, who is appearing-in- person, perused the records and also the order passed by the Hon''ble Single Judge.
The Hon''ble Single Judge considered the matter extensively by referring to the orders passed in the earlier writ petitions as well as the writ appeals and ultimately, dismissed the writ petition.
Looking at the reasons adopted by the Hon''ble Single Judge and perusing the entire material on record, we are of the opinion that the order impugned does not call for any interference in this writ appeal.
There is no merit in this writ appeal and accordingly, the same is hereby dismissed.
We make no order as to costs.
