Civil Suit No. 51 of 2021 & OMP No. 196 of 2021
This suit is at the stage of filing replication to the written statement and rejoinder to the reply in the application.
In view of enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction of District judiciary in term of Notification No. HHC/PJ/93-1, dated 17.10.2022, present suit, valued at Rs.35,01,000/-, deserves to be transferred to Senior Civil Judge, Rampur for further adjudication. Accordingly, present suit is ordered to be transferred to the said Court.
Parties are directed to appear before Senior Civil Judge, Rampur on 13th March, 2023, whereafter transferee Court shall proceed further in accordance with law without issuing fresh notice to the parties. It shall be responsibility of parties to ensure their representation before Senior Civil Judge, Rampur on that date, failing which adverse consequences shall follow. Registry to transmit the record forthwith.

So far as this Court is concerned, the suit along with pending application(s) shall be deemed to have been disposed of.
