I.A. No. 3312 of 2026 This application is moved by the applicant seeking clarification/ rectification of the order dated 13/03/2026, wherein status quo was granted qua the ownership and possession of a Hotel till the decision of the Company Petition. We have been told the company petition has been heard on merits and now is reserved for orders.

Since the matter is heard by the Ld. NCLT and is reserved for orders, at this stage, we can only request the Ld. NCLT to expeditiously dispose of the company petition, as early as possible. The application thus is disposed of in terms of the above.
