Judgment
Meenakshi Madan Rai, J
I.A. No.06 of 2023 is an application filed by the Petitioner seeking to rely on;
(i) Copy of order of decision dated 28-04-2023 of the Central Information Commission, in Second Appeal No.CIC/MHOME/A/2022/126780 addressed to the Petitioner.
(ii) Copy of Corrigendum dated 18-05-2023 of the Central Information Commission, in Second Appeal No.CIC/MHOME/A/2022/126780 addressed to the Petitioner.
(iii) Copy of Revised Reply dated 13th June, 2023 of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Foreigners Division (Citizenship Wing) addressed to the Petitioner.
Learned Senior Counsel for the State-Respondents No.1, 2 and 4 and Learned Senior Counsel (Central Government Counsel) for the Respondent No.3 submit that as the application was filed only on Friday i.e., 25-08-2023, they require some time to seek instructions.
It appears to be a fair submission.
Let necessary steps be taken in the interregnum. The matter shall be heard on 04-10-2023 as found convenient by the parties.
In compliance to the Order of this Court, dated 25-07-2023, Learned Government Advocate has filed compliance report dated 25-08-2023, affirming that costs of ₹ 25,000/-(Rupees twenty five thousand) only, imposed on the State-Respondents No.1 and 2, has been paid to the Petitioner.
