Kishan Chand vs State of H.P. and Others

Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petitions are filed with the following prayer:

(i) That the Petitioner is entitled for grant of work charge status in term of judgment passed by this Hon''ble Court in Rakesh Kumar v. State of H.P. in CWP 2735/2010 decided on 28.7.2010.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that the case is squarely covered by the decision of this Court rendered in CWP No. 2735 of 2010 titled as Rakesh Kumar and Ors. v. State of H.P. and others decided on 28th July, 2010. Therefore, it is for the Petitioners to approach the first Respondent within a period of one month, in which case the matter will be duly considered by the first Respondent in the light of the judgment, referred to above and appropriate action in accordance with law will be taken within another four months from the date of receipt of the representation(s) along with a copy of this judgment and the copy of the judgment, referred to above by the Petitioner concerned.

The writ petitions are disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
