ORDER
Both sides present. Counsel for the Petitioner/Applicant submits that their Application for withdrawal of this CP has been filed yesterday and the Diary No. is 8391/2019. However, that Application is not yet numbered.
Counsel for the Corporate Debtor handed over the following three Demand Drafts to the Counsel for the Petitioner/ Applicant.

The IRP is discharged. Erstwhile Board of Directors is brought into the management of the Company and they can function on their own.
