Court fee is paid and office objections are complied with.
Heard Sri.Arun Shyam learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel Sri.H.R.Showri for the respondent.
The only point that emanates from the submissions and the petition is that the petitioners being residents of Shivamogga have filed a review petition before the respondent as per Annexure-A. The respondent is sitting over the said review petition without passing any order since 2021. The dispute relates to the measurement of the property and entries made in the katha.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent would dispose of the review petition within a short time which may be granted by this Court.
In that view of the matter, the respondent is directed to dispose of the review petition within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order.
Communicate the same to the respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
