The present order is being passed in continuation of the order dated 20.07.2022.
Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before the Court the communication dated 13.02.2020, received by the candidates while calling them for interview on 24th, 25th, and 26th of February, 2020.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, it is in pursuance of the said communication that the petitioner produced information relating to the petitioner attending the national and international seminars.
A bare perusal of the communication dated 13.02.2020 shows that the same does not permit the candidates to furnish any further/additional information, or to submit any further/additional documents. Thus, it appears to us that the grievance raised by the petitioner is completely ill-founded.
In fact, clause (6) of the advertisement clearly states that after submission of the application form, no amendment therein would be permitted.
Therefore, we find no merit in this writ petition, and the same is, hereby, dismissed.
Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
