Judgment
H.S. Rai, J.—In this petition u/s 482, Cr P.C. the petitioners have prayed for quashing the order dated August 9, 1989, passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala, Annexure P. 3, whereby he dismissed the revision petition filed by the petitioners for enhancement of maintenance, against the order dated January 2, 1989 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Phagwara.
The petitioners filed a petition u/s 125, Cr.P.C. for the grant of maintenance in theVCourt of Shri G K. Rai, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Phagwara, who vide his order dated January 2, 1989, granted maintenance @ Rs. 150/- P.M. to petitioner No. 1 and Rs. 5/- P.M. each to petitioners Nos. 2 and 3. They filed a revision petition in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala, for enhancement of amount of maintenance, which was dismissed vide order dated August 9, 1989.
I have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. In my view, the ends of justice would be met if maintenance allowance of petitioners Nos. 2 and 3 is increased from Rs. 75/- P.M. each to Rs. 100/- P.M. each. I order accordingly. The maintena-ce allowance to petitioner No. 1 @ Rs. 150/- P.M. granted by the Trial Court is maintained. With this modification in the maintenance allowance, this petition is disposed of.
