1.

On 19.12.2024, the following order was passed by this Court:-

“Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that respondent No.2 is a society registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860. It is financed and controlled by Chandigarh Administration. The petitioners are working with respondent No.2 for more than 10 years. They were appointed after following regular process. Their appointment was not a back-door entry. The respondent on the earlier occasion has also regularized employees who had completed 10 years of service. The respondent No.3 has recommended to respondent No.1 to regularize the petitioners.

Notice of motion returnable for 05.03.2025.

Mr. Aman Pal, Advocate who on advance notice is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and waives service. He seeks time to file reply and address the arguments.”

2.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that respondent would consider petitioner’s representation dated 27.09.2024 (Annexure P-31) and pass an appropriate order within two months from today.

3.

In the wake of above statement of learned counsel for the respondent, the petition stands disposed of.
