Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that pursuant to the order dated 13.11.2006, passed by this Court in W.P. (S) No. 4923/2006, a representation was made to the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Block Mainpur, District Raipur for consideration of the said representation. The Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Block Mainpur, District Raipur, had written a letter to the Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, School Education Department, on 13.12.2006 (Annexure A-3) for taking a decision, so that appropriate order on the representation of the Petitioners can be passed.

This Court has granted one month time for consideration. Consideration of representation means consideration by all the concerned authorities not by the Chief Executive Officer, Mainpur, alone. According to him, the same has to be considered by the Government.

It is strange that despite clear order of this Court, the Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, School Education Department, has not passed any order on the letter of the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Block Mainpur, District Raipur.

In view of the fact, the Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, School Education Department is directed to consider the letter dated 13.12.2006 (Annexure A-3) of the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Block Mainpur, District Raipur, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, immediately within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observation, this petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
