Judgment
The corpus Mst. ‘R’ has been produced before us by Shri Malkiyat Singh, PS Bhanipura, Churu. We conferred with her. Though she admits
the factum of her marriage to the present petitioner but expresses that the marriage was performed under pressure. Prima facie, she appears to be
under fear and the statement which she is making before us is not truthful.
It may be stated that the corpus and the petitioner are residents of Churu district. Both came down to Jodhpur and performed marriage ceremonies at
Arya Samaj, Kamla Nehru Nagar, Jodhpur. The corpus and the petitioner filed a criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. before this Court
and sought protection of their life and liberty.
In view of the facts noted above and in order to give a period of contemplation in a pressure free atmosphere to the corpus, we hereby direct that she
shall be taken to and lodged at the Quarantine Centre, Nari Niketan, Jodhpur and shall be brought back to this Court on the next date. No one shall be
permitted to meet the Corpus at the Nari Niketan.
