Judgment
R.K. Singh, J.—None appears for the revisionists. Mr. A.L. Mishra, learned A.G. A. is present.
Taken up the revision petition for decision with the help of material on record. Perused the impugned order passed by the Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar dated 1731994 in Case No. 445 of 1991 under Section 125, Cr. PC. By the impugned order the learned Addl. Principal Judge has allowed the maintenance at the rate of Rs. 400/ per month to the wife, opposite party No. 1 and at the rate of Rs. 300/ to the minor son Cyan Prakash, opposite party No. 3.
The impugned order discloses that learned Addl. Principal Judge has discussed the evidence on record. He has considered the financial capacity of the revisionisthusband and of the opposite parties No. 2 and 3.
The impugned order does not disclose any illegality or irregularity. The impugned order is perfectly justified, legal and sound. The revision petition docs not disclose any merit. The same is dismissed. The interim order dated 871994 stands discharged.
The Family Judge, Kanpur Nagar is directed to ensure regular payment of monthly maintenance and the payment of entire arrears of maintenance within two months from the date of receipt of order of this Court positively.
The office is directed to send a copy of this order to the Family Judge. Kanpur Nagar within a week positively. Revision dismissed.
