Judgment
Ajay Mohan Goel, J
By way of this petitioner, the petitioners have, inter alia, prayed for the following rliefs:
“(I) That the impugned Annexure AÂ7 being irrational, illegal and unreasonable may very kindly be quashed and set aside.
(II) That the respondents be directed to grant the benefit of Notification dated 14.01.2015 (Annexure AÂ3) to the applicants from due date i.e., w.e.f.
19.02.2015. The arrears accruing to the applicant may also be directed to be paid alongwith interest @ 12% per annum.â€
Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that this lis is squarely covered by the judgment of Hon’ble CoÂordinate Bench of this Court in
CWPOA No. 2059 of 2019, titled as Ajay Kumar Kapoor Vs. State of H.P. and others, decided on 12.12.2019 and they pray that the interest of
justice will be served in case this petition is disposed of with the direction that the directions as stand passed in the said judgment will ip soÂfacto
apply to this case also.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the findings returned by the CoÂordinate Bench of this Court in CWPOA No. 2059
of 2019 (supra) shall mutatis mutandis apply to this petition also and all directions so issued by the CoÂordinate Bench shall be construed as having
been issued in this petition also. Miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
