Judgment
Rajesh Singh Chauhan, J
Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA.
The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Complaint Case No. 158 of 2019 u/s 392, 506 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Orai, District Jalaun.
After arguing at some length learned counsel for the applicants has made a request that applicants may be permitted to file his regular bail before the appropriate court of law and a direction may be issued to dispose of such application at the earliest.
Considering the aforesaid request of learned counsel for the applicants, I hereby dispose of the anticipatory bail application finally at the admission stage giving liberty to the present applicant to file a regular bail application or any other application before the appropriate court of law within a period of three weeks and if such application is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law with expedition without adjourning the case for any unnecessary reason.
Till filing of regular bail or any other application within three weeks from today the applicant shall not be arrested.
It is made clear that if the applicants do not file their regular bail application within the stipulated time, the benefit of this order shall not be available to the applicant.
