The writ petition was filed to implement Ext.P4 order through which it is directed that the pension granted to persons belonging to the petitioner
Association was to be disbursed through the Treasury Savings Bank Account. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, on 17.2.2014, this
Court passed the following interim order:-
“Admit. Learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
There will be an interim order directing the respondents to disburse monthly pension through the Treasury Savings Bank Account to such of the members of the
petitioner association who have opened Treasury Savings Bank Account in the treasuries concerned expeditiously and in any event within one month from
today.â€
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, pursuant to the interim order, the pension is now being disbursed as directed in Ext.P4.
In the light of the above, nothing survives for consideration. The interim order is made absolute and the writ petition stands closed.
